Acceptance of these terms
This page is the rulebook. It covers the site, your account, the casino, the sportsbook and everything attached to them. Register an account or keep playing, and you’re agreeing to what’s written here, so it makes sense to actually read it once, properly, before money gets involved. If you only have patience for part of it, read the bits on eligibility, verification, payments and bonus funds. Nine arguments out of ten start there.
Key terms and definitions
Some words keep coming back throughout the document. To avoid confusion later, this is what we mean by them:
- Gaming agreement: what comes into force when you put money on a game or event under the rules shown on the platform.
- Bet: a wager on an outcome nobody knows at the moment you press confirm.
- Stake: the money you commit to a spin, a hand or a sports slip.
- Operator: the entity that runs the platform and its services.
- Player: anyone of 18 or over with a registered account here.
- Result: the confirmed outcome of a game or event, or a stage of it, that a bet settles on.
- Odds: the number your sports stake is multiplied by when the return is worked out.
- Refund: your stake coming back when a bet ends up void under the relevant rules.
- Login details: the email and password that open your account. Nobody else’s business.
Registration requirements
The rules at the door are short. You’re 18 or older. The details in the form are real, current and yours, down to a working email. One person, one account, and that account isn’t sold, shared or opened for a friend.
Break that and the consequences are predictable: an account built on invented details, someone else’s identity or a second registration can be restricted or closed, and whatever bonus money or winnings grew out of the misuse gets looked at too.
Identity verification and KYC
Sooner or later, usually before the first withdrawal, we’ll ask who you are. In practice that means a government-issued ID and proof of address, and sometimes a document showing the payment method on the account is really yours. That’s it, no detective work beyond what the rules demand.
Send clear, complete documents and the review usually wraps up within 24 to 72 hours. Blurry photos, mismatched names or deeper checks stretch the timeline, and a withdrawal simply waits in the queue until the paperwork and the account agree with each other.
Deposits, withdrawals and bonuses
Deposits follow the processing rules of whichever method you chose; withdrawals leave once the checks behind them are done. Current limits, timeframes and supported methods live in the cashier, and that’s the page to trust over anything you remember from last month.
Bonuses always travel with their own small print: minimum deposit, wagering, maximum bet, eligible games, expiry date. Open it before you hit activate, not after. Bonus funds that expire or fall short of the conditions come off the balance.
And one thing we don’t negotiate on: claiming the same promotion twice through extra accounts, or bending account activity around a promotion’s rules, is abuse, and it’s treated as a breach of these terms.
Player responsibilities
Your side of the deal is simple: stay within the laws that apply to you and use the account for your own play. Here’s what crosses the line:
- Software that plays for you. Doesn’t matter if it’s a bot, a script or a browser plugin someone swore was harmless. You play yourself or not at all.
- Picking at the locks. Security, limits, technical controls, all of it is off the menu, and we notice sooner than people expect.
- Account number two. There’s always a story behind it, and the story never helps. Same goes for profiles registered on details that were never true.
- Rigging anything. A game, a bet, a payment, a result. One confirmed case and the winnings connected to it stop being winnings.
- Giving your account away. To a brother, a flatmate, a stranger from a forum. From our side it all looks identical, and it all breaks the terms.
Guard the password. If it ever feels like someone else has been inside the account, write to support first and change the password second, in whichever order is faster.
Minimum age
18 is the floor, everywhere and always. Creating an account is your confirmation that you’ve reached it and that gambling services are allowed for you where you live. When there’s doubt, we ask for a document with the date of birth on it.
Closing or restricting an account
Leaving is easy: one message to support closes the account. The remaining balance goes out after the usual account and payment checks, under the applicable rules.
We can show someone the door too, not just the player. Broken rules, odd patterns in the activity, registration details that turn out to be invented, a platform used for things it was never built for: any of that can cost an account its access, for a while or permanently. Confirmed fraud is its own story. Once it’s on the table, every transaction, bonus and win that grew out of it gets picked apart before a single pound moves.
Changes to these terms
The platform doesn’t stand still, and neither does this document. When services, payment procedures or legal obligations move, the text moves with them, and whatever is published on this page is the version in force.
Check back now and then, particularly before trying a new service or promotion. If you keep using the platform after an update, the new rules apply to everything your account does from then on.
